Maharshi Devraha Baba Autonomous State Medical College (MDBMC) is an autonomous state medical college in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh (India). It is registered under Societies Act 1860 as Autonomous State Medical College Society, Deoria (Reg No - DEO/06018/2021-21). It is expected to open in 2021 from its very own campus in Deoria district, Uttar Pradesh with its own functional hospital. The first batch will be of 100 students under UG courses. The college campus spread over 28.18 acres of land and is situated in Band Deoria. The college campus is developed in 18389 sqmts. and the hostel and residential complex is built on 11607 and 22498 sqmts respectively. The nearest major city is Gorahpur having airport facility which is 52 KMs distant from the campus and the travelling time to the airport is approximately 1 hour. The nearest railway station is situated in the city itself within 2.5 KMs and it may take upto 15 mins to reach the same. Thre college have its own dedicated electric supply of 3750KVA. Maharshi Devraha Baba Autonomous State Medical College (MDBMC) is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU) Lucknow, established by Uttar Pradesh act no. 42 of 2018 with affiliation number 187/27'क'/ABVMU/2020 dated 29/11/2020 for 3 academic years from the date of issue. The Vice Chancellor of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University Prof. A.K.Singh and Registrar Shri. Anil Kumar Singh are the key persons.
