Who is covered
The notice applies to candidates who have joined their allotted institutes for MBBS/BDS admission in Haryana government, government-aided, private medical and dental educational institutions. It also expressly includes candidates under the private/minority universities named in the notice: SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram; Maharishi Markendeshwar University, Sadhopur, Ambala; Al-Falah University, Douj, Faridabad; and Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences, Jhajjar, under Sanskaram University.
What candidates must do
- Confirm that the seat from which resignation is sought is the seat joined at the allotted college.
- Visit the respective allotted college in person and submit the resignation by the stated deadline.
- Do not rely on email submission: UHSR states that emails will not be considered for this purpose.
- Seek acknowledgement from the college for the submission, if the college provides one.
