The schedule covers government, government-aided and private medical/dental institutions in Haryana, including the private/minority-university institutions named in the notice.
What is scheduled
From 28 September 2026 to 10 October 2026, 11:59 PM, the counselling portal is scheduled to allow fresh registration, editing of submitted online information, online choice submission and choice locking. The same period is also for submitting willingness to participate in Round 3.
Who needs to act
- Fresh candidates who want to participate in Haryana Round 3 must complete registration and the required online steps within the stated window.
- Candidates registered in Round 1 or Round 2 do not need to register again if they wish to participate in Round 3.
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 must submit their willingness/upgrade option online to be considered for Round 3.
- Candidates who participate in Round 3 must submit fresh choices; choices filled in Round 1 and Round 2 are treated as null and void for Round 3.

Security amount and consequences
The notice says candidates opting only for State Quota seats in government/government-aided medical or dental colleges must deposit an online security amount of ₹10,000; the amount is ₹5,000 for Haryana SC/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD candidates. Candidates who also want to opt for State Quota or Management Quota seats in medical/private dental colleges, including private universities, must deposit ₹1 lakh online. A registered candidate who does not deposit the required amount will not be eligible for Round 3.
According to the notice, the security amount is adjusted against first-year UG tuition fees when a candidate joins an allotted seat. If a candidate is allotted a Round 3 seat but does not join, the amount is forfeited and the candidate will not be eligible for a further/stray round. The notice also states that a candidate whose information is found wrong at verification, or who cannot produce required documents at verification, may forfeit the security amount.
Document verification and joining
Provisionally allotted candidates who have paid the required provisional tuition fee are scheduled for document verification at the Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. The official counselling portal additionally states that personal appearance with all original documents before the Admission Committee is mandatory; the Round 3 notice itself does not provide an item-by-item document checklist.
