New notice: The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (J&K BOPEE), through Notification No. 213-BOPEE of 2026 dated 24 September 2026, has invited offline applications for recommendation under the Reserve/Nomination Quota of the Government of Kerala for the academic session 2026.
The notice is addressed to eligible candidates from the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir who have qualified NEET-UG 2026. Applications in the prescribed Annexure-A format, together with the required documents, must be submitted by 28 September 2026, 3:00 PM. The notification states that no application will be entertained after this cut-off.

Who is eligible to apply
According to the notification, applicants must be NEET-UG 2026 qualified and must be domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir. The Board states that the candidate with the highest NEET-UG 2026 merit among the applicants will be recommended, subject to the prescribed eligibility and selection criteria.
The notice further records that, for the MBBS seat, Roster Point No. 3 applies and is an OM-category seat. For the two B.V.Sc. & A.H. seats, Roster Points No. 1 and 2 apply, corresponding to OM and SC seats respectively.

Documents to enclose
The notification requires candidates to enclose the following documents with their application:
- Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
- 10+2 marks card.
- NEET-UG 2026 score card, based on the qualifying marks for NEET-UG 2026.
- Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Category certificate, where applicable.
- Identity proof.
- Two passport-size photographs.
How to prepare the application
- Use the prescribed Annexure-A checklist/application format attached to the notification.
- Enter the requested candidate details, including NEET-UG 2026 score, rank, roll number, application ID, J&K UT PML rank, category where applicable, and Class 12 information.
- Indicate the course choices in order of preference in the form.
- Attach the listed supporting documents. The annexure instructs candidates to staple the academic certificates/documents properly in an open 10" × 14" envelope bearing the candidate’s name, NEET rank/score, and roll number.
- Ensure the complete application is submitted before the stated cut-off of 3:00 PM on 28 September 2026.
Important caution
J&K BOPEE states that merely submitting an application or documents does not create a right to claim a seat. Selection will be decided by the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable merit and eligibility criteria and the Higher Education Department’s guidelines referenced in the notification.
