The Directorate of Medical Education, Government of Manipur, has scheduled reporting of candidates to colleges from 24 October 2026 to 26 October 2026 following the Stray Vacancy Round seat-allotment result.

The notification warns that a candidate who does not report after receiving a Stray Vacancy Round allotment will forfeit the security deposit and will be eliminated from further e-counselling rounds, if any.
