Key participation conditions
- Only candidates who submit willingness and the required security amount will be considered for Round 2, subject to the stated rules.
- Candidates allotted a Round 1 seat must also submit willingness if they want to participate in Round 2. The notice says previously deposited security fee will be adjusted where applicable.
- A candidate allotted a Round 2 seat who does not report/join may exit, but the security deposit will not be refunded.
