Punjab NEET UG 2026 Sports Category Documents

Candidates applying under the Sports Category were required to submit two printed copies of the online application form in person at the Admission Branch, BFUHS, Faridkot.

The submission also required:

• Sports Gradation Certificate issued by the Director, Sports, Punjab.
• Self-attested copies of all applicable supporting documents.

The deadline for completing this requirement was 5:00 PM on 11 August 2026.
