Update: The Rajasthan NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, has published the Indicative Stray Vacancy Round Seat Allotment Result for Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 for MBBS and BDS admissions.

The Board states that this is an indicative and provisional result. Candidates should log in to the official Rajasthan NEET UG counselling portal with their registered credentials to review their individual allotment status and particulars. The complete official result notice and allotment list are available in the Board's result notice.

What has been published

The notice dated 22 October 2026 publishes the indicative Stray Vacancy Round allotment list for MBBS and BDS admissions. The attached list runs through serial number 1,064. The Board says allotments were processed with reference to the applicable counselling framework, NEET UG merit/rank, eligibility, category and reservation provisions, verified candidature and documents where applicable, submitted choices, seat availability and the seat matrix.

Important: this is not final admission

An allotment in this result is not, by itself, a final confirmation of eligibility or admission. The Board expressly states that the result remains subject to verification, scrutiny, reconciliation, correction and revision under the applicable rules, government orders and competent-authority or court directions.

Final admission remains conditional on completing the requirements subsequently notified by the Board and the allotted institution. These may include verification of eligibility and original documents, prescribed fee payment, reporting/joining, and any other required admission formalities.

What candidates should do now

  1. Sign in to the official counselling portal using registered credentials.
  2. Check the displayed allotment, including the course, allotted institution, seat type and personal particulars.
  3. Compare the displayed details with the candidate's counselling record, category/reservation claim, documents and submitted choices.
  4. If a discrepancy is identified, use the Board's designated grievance or query mechanism within the notified window.
  5. Watch the official portal for the subsequent result, allotment-letter availability, reporting instructions, fee requirements and deadlines.
  6. Keep copies of the allotment letter when issued, fee receipts, submitted documents and acknowledgements.

Grievances and discrepancies

The Board has allowed candidates to review their tentative allocation and raise grievances within a 1 hour 30 minute window ending at 2:00 PM on 22 October 2026. A grievance should clearly identify the candidate, describe the issue and include relevant supporting particulars or documents. Filing a grievance does not automatically suspend any counselling deadline or guarantee a change in the result.

Documents and eligibility

The notice does not publish a fresh document checklist. It does state that candidates remain responsible for satisfying all prescribed eligibility conditions and for producing valid supporting documents, including originals wherever required. The Board or competent institution may verify or re-verify NEET UG particulars, educational qualifications, domicile, category and reservation claims, and other relevant details.

Seat-matrix and court-related note

The allotment list carries a note that one General seat at Maharaja Ganga Singh Dental College and Research Centre was kept vacant in compliance with an order of the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur, dated 16 October 2026 in SBCWP No. 21485/2026. The Board also notes that changes or reconciliation in seat availability or the seat matrix may require consequential action in the allotment process.
