Change: The Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Board has declared null and void the PwBD/PwD allotments made in the earlier provisional Round 2 allotment list dated 14 September 2026. It has replaced them with a revised provisional Round 2 PwBD/PwD seat allotment result dated 20 September 2026.
The revision applies only to PwBD/PwD candidates. The Board states that it has revised the result in light of the Supreme Court judgment in Civil Appeal No. 10262 of 2025, The West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Co. Ltd. & Ors. vs. Dipendu Biswas & Ors., dated 7 April 2026. The notice says the revision concerns application of horizontal reservation and merit-based adjustment principles for PwBD/PwD candidates under the applicable Rajasthan NEET UG counselling framework.
The Board states that a revised allotment may change a candidate’s allotted category or quota, college, or allotment status, including a fresh allotment, subject to the applicable seat matrix, merit, eligibility, choices, and reservation provisions. The revised result is provisional and remains subject to verification, scrutiny, reconciliation, correction, applicable counselling rules, and further government, competent-authority, or court directions.
